I’ve bought and sold in Whistler with Diamond Dave Burch multiple times now. I can’t imagine going through a Whistler real estate transaction without him and his team. As a longtime local, Dave has a deep understanding of all the history, nuances and idiosyncrasies of the Whistler market. There is no shortage of agents in Whistler, but very few that possess Diamond Dave’s domain expertise.
