Personal Real Estate Agent
Dave Burch came to Whistler over two decades ago as a curious ski instructor and found a mountain town defined by adventure and abundance. He’s been sharing it ever since.
Buying and selling homes can be stressful. Dave streamlines the process. No wild expectations. Just honesty, clarity and the results that come with hard work. Dave Burch knows Whistler inside out, and shares his knowledge with enthusiasm.
Dave Burch is a familiar face in Whistler’s outdoor community. He regularly skis, bikes and hikes his way from valley to peak. But it takes more than loving Whistler to sell it well. Dave answers every call or email quickly. He has a deep knowledge about the highly competitive world of Whistler real estate. He understands Whistler and uses that expertise to help his clients navigate this unique market.
Business and Marketing Strategy
After a lifetime spent as a Whistler weekender, Lindsay finally moved to the mountains to try it out for a summer. That was 18 years ago and she has not left. She is a passionate mountain biker, marathon runner, skier, and Dave’s life partner. In her time in Whistler, she has built a rewarding career on hard work, leadership, and an attention to detail.
After taking a break to raise her and Dave’s two children, Lindsay joined his rapidly-growing real estate business and put her expertise in business and marketing experience to work.
Licensed Sales Associate
Before landing in Whistler, Alison worked as a licensed real estate sales assistant in her native Australia. During an extended global “ski bum” getaway in 2005, she honed her people skills working in bars, restaurants and hotels, as well as working with special needs kids. She fell in love when she landed in Whistler so she stayed, joining Dave in 2012 and shortly after obtaining her Canadian real estate license. Along with her husband Cedric and their baby Luca, Alison splitboards, snowboards and mountain bikes.
Client Care Coordinator
Tara brings a deep experience building and maintaining client relationships as a corporate event manager to the Dave Burch team. She is a naturally friendly character who is a self-professed “people’s person.” She met her husband whilst spending a winter at Silverstar Mountain, relocated back to Australia together, and—like the rest of the team—was pulled back to Whistler’s magnetic mountain lifestyle. She loves an early morning dip in Lost Lake, loves to get out into the mountain air for adventure, and even has a background in architecture.
